Mined from 1918 - 1960's transformed into an Underground Motel Complex 1990 - 2001.

Relax for a night or even a week and experience the joy of restful sleep in the beautifully individually decorated rooms of those who live underground.

Each room contains a queen size bed and at least one single, (more to be added when needed). You have plenty of crockery, cutlery, coffee and tea, tables and chairs, iron, toaster, television, telephone, and an ensuite. Complimentary wireless internet access (own laptop). We have disabled facilities and the motel is non-smoking. We have seperate areas outside on our verandah for you to take a well-earned rest where you can socialise to your heart's content.

Dine at any number of Cafes and Restaurants along the main street whilst you are taking in the EXPERIENCE of Coober Pedy life, or take a snack in our SOFT ROCK CAFE dining room. Rest a while in our lounge area.

Business Facilities:

Conference Room seats 60-70 people. Tariff $110.00 per day, $60.00 half day. Morning and

afternoon tea, coffee, fruit juice, water and biscuits--$5.00 p.p.
Other foods on application. Off street parking available.
